Discovery covers competitive context, existing asset audit, platform policy review and KPI alignment with your finance or brand governance teams. No follower packages or reach guarantees are included — this programme sets honest foundations for everything that follows in the lab.

AI-Assisted Media Planning

Our strategists use AI-assisted media planning tools to model channel mix scenarios, budget allocation paths and flighting options against your brief KPIs. Each scenario is annotated with assumptions, reach estimates qualified by platform data availability and risk notes for brand safety. Human review gates every plan before client presentation. Typical duration: three to five weeks. Indicative from S$5,800.

Outputs include a primary media plan, two alternative scenarios, channel rationale deck and handover notes for your activation team or agency partners. We do not promise specific impression volumes or conversion rates — plans reflect your inputs and market conditions at time of modelling.

Programme 03

Creative Variant Testing Programme

A controlled bench for message, format and visual variant experiments. We define test cohorts, creative matrices and success criteria tied to your brief — not vanity engagement metrics. Our lab produces variant sets with strategist and compliance review, coordinates launch windows and delivers a testing readout with recommended next variants. Typical duration: four to six weeks. Indicative from S$7,500.

This programme suits brands validating positioning, offer framing or channel-specific creative before scaling spend. We document what was tested, what was learned and what requires further discovery — transparent lab science, not viral lottery tickets.

Audience Cohort Research Sprint

A focused research wave to define, validate and document audience cohorts for upcoming campaigns. We combine desk research, platform insight tools, survey design support and strategist-led synthesis into cohort profiles with messaging implications and channel affinity notes. PDPA-aware data handling applies throughout. Typical duration: three to four weeks. Indicative from S$4,900.

Deliverables include cohort definition documents, hypothesis maps, exclusion criteria and recommended measurement tags. This sprint feeds directly into media planning and variant testing programmes — reducing guesswork before budget activation.

For live campaigns needing structured review rather than ad-hoc tweaks. We audit performance against brief KPIs, platform delivery data and creative fatigue signals — then produce an optimisation memo with prioritised actions, budget reallocation suggestions and retest recommendations. Always-On Smart Campaign Retainer

A monthly retainer for brands running continuous campaigns across multiple channels. Includes allocated lab hours for brief updates, media plan refreshes, variant bench support, performance review cadence and stakeholder reporting. Governance documentation, PDPA-compliant data handling and named strategist contact included. Minimum commitment: three months. Indicative from S$6,200 per month.
