Campaign lab questions answered

Common questions from marketing teams exploring our Fusionopolis campaign laboratory — programmes, policies, pricing and how we work.

Do you sell followers, bots or guaranteed viral reach?

No. Smart Campaign AI is a campaign lab agency. We do not sell follower packages, operate bot networks, automate fake engagement or guarantee viral reach. Our programmes focus on brief-led discovery, media planning, creative variant testing and accountable performance review. If your primary goal is purchased followers or manufactured virality, we are not the right partner.

What is a "campaign lab" in your context?

A campaign lab is our operating model: structured brief intake, discovery workshops, media plan modelling benches, creative variant testing and performance review cycles — all documented and strategist-reviewed. It is not a software product, trading platform or self-serve automation dashboard. Think laboratory discipline applied to marketing programmes.

How does AI-assisted media planning work here?

Our strategists use AI tooling to accelerate scenario mapping, draft plan structures and channel mix exploration. Every output passes human review for brand fit, compliance, platform policy and budget realism. AI supports speed and option generation; it does not replace strategist judgement or your legal and brand governance.

Do you guarantee ROI, conversions or follower growth?

No. Campaign performance reflects your brief, budget, creative execution, platform policies and how audiences respond. We provide honest diagnostics, qualified estimates and contextual reporting — not promises of specific ROI percentages, sales volumes or follower counts.

Who are your typical clients?

SMEs, scale-ups, corporate marketing departments and regional brand teams in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific. Clients who value brief discipline, cohort research and transparent measurement — and who understand that accountable campaigning requires human oversight, not automation shortcuts.

Where is the lab located and can we visit?

Our studio is at 1 Fusionopolis Way #03-11, Connexis North Tower, Singapore 138632 — in the One-North district. In-person brief workshops and programme reviews are available by appointment, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT. Remote collaboration is standard for regional teams.

How is pricing structured?

Each of our six programmes has indicative SGD pricing shared during brief intake. Standalone lab services can be scoped separately. We provide written proposals before engagement commencement. Pricing reflects complexity, channel count, governance requirements and sprint duration — not follower volume or reach guarantees.

What is the typical engagement length?

Discovery and brief programmes run two to three weeks. Media planning and variant testing sprints typically span four to eight weeks. Always-On Smart Campaign Retainers require a three-month minimum with monthly optimisation cycles. We provide timeline estimates in every written proposal before work begins.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

We collect personal data only for stated purposes — enquiry response, programme delivery and contractual communication. Consent is required on our contact form. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, your rights and how to contact our data protection contact.

Can you work with our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes. Many engagements are structured as lab sprints that feed your internal or partner activation teams. We deliver briefs, plans, variant sets and review memos — your team retains account ownership on platforms unless we are contracted for managed activation support.
